Zefty is an online allowance management and tracking tool for both parents and their children. The system is very easy to use, and completely free. Parents create virtual "accounts" that can be withdrawn from/deposited to, and can automatically have an allowance deposited into the account every week/other week.

The site itself uses no actual money and functions much like a household would -- the parents are the bank, Zefty is nothing more than the software/tool to manage the bank.
