If you are a programmer or want to learn programming then tutsbuzz.com is for you. You have several categories to choose from like graphics, desktop programming, website programming, video audio editing, database, etc.

The website is available in three languages ie, English, Turkish and German.

You can also submit content as majority of it is user generated but you have to submit first.

I think it is useful for everyone doing programming and yes like every new web app this site also has tagsthat you can use to search stuff.

Definitely useful.

Found this http://www.railsforum.com/viewtopic.php?id=569 there.

The link explains quite well about doing search on web sites using Ruby On Rails

Yeah.... that's a useful site and the way they are aggregating some content.

Though I suggest that tutzbuzz.com should include some more languages like javascript, actionscript, ajax tutorial, etc
