Well Mel, at least SimpleUpload.net is an ad-free website, so we can just surf it without afraiding from the all Pop-Unders to come. Also the website is really fast and simple.

Andy, I do agree that its add free and fast but what I mean't was is there any more distinguishing feature between simpleupload and the other guys doing the same thing?

well the technology is the same, but the interface is friendly and wins all the other websites visual, also my learnings learn me that the website support is damn fast and good.
